Founded in honor of a dear friend whose kindness and spirit inspired this vision, Legacy Mobility Inc. is dedicated to removing barriers to the shoreline. Her blessing touched my heart, and I created this company as a tribute to her—a way to celebrate the incredible person she is and ensure she is never forgotten. By providing low-cost mobility scooters and beach wheelchairs, we pass her blessing forward, giving every visitor the joy of experiencing the shore. Her blessing, warmth, and love continue to guide everything we do.
Paradise Shouldn't Have a Barrier at the Gate
Sanibel and Captiva are two of Florida's most treasured islands — known for their unspoiled beaches, world-class shelling, and unhurried pace of life. But for guests with mobility challenges, accessing that beauty was, for too long, a struggle.
Legacy Mobility Inc. set out to change that. What began as a small act of compassion grew into a movement — one that has helped thousands of families, seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities experience the full magic of these islands.

While standing near a condo one day, I noticed a child waving and returned the gesture. It wasn't until I heard a voice above that I realized he was waving to his grandmother. When I asked why she didn't join him, she explained that her wheelchair would get stuck.
That moment left a lasting impression on me. It became clear that something needed to change—families deserve to be together without barriers, and no one should be left behind.
